Facebook Expands Free Calling to Main iOS App
Feb 22, 2013, 4:41 PM by Eric M. Zeman @zeman_e
Facebook offered an update to users of its iOS app today that adds free VoIP calling to other Facebook users in the U.S. and Canada. Facebook added free VoIP calling to its separate Messenger app earlier this year. Today's update ports that feature to the main Facebook app for iOS devices. In addition to the VoIP calling feature, the app makes several changes to the button layout to make sharing and liking posts a little bit easier. The update is free to download from the App Store.
