Verizon Prepping Jelly Bean for RAZR HD, MAXX HD
Verizon Wireless today provided more information about when it will deliver the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean software update to the Motorola RAZR HD and MAXX HD. According to Verizon, the new operating system will be pushed out in waves beginning next week. The update includes new features such as Google Now, and also enables the Isis mobile payment service on the RAZR HD and MAXX HD. The update will be delivered and installed over the air.

Verizon Wireless today announced that the Motorola Droid RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD (pictured) will be available online and in Verizon Wireless stores starting October 18. The RAZR HD will cost $199.99 and the MAXX HD will cost $299.99 on contract.

Motorola and Verizon Wireless today announced the RAZR HD and RAZR MAXX HD. Both phones run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a Jelly Bean update planned to reach them before the end of the year.
Moto's new g-series phones bring up-to-date features, upgraded specs, and clean Google software to three models ranging from $200 to $300. This year's series moves to a notched-screen design, steps up to a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor, and supports USB-C across the board.
