Foursquare has made a new version of its Android application available via the Google Play Store. The latest rendition of the location-sharing application sports a brand new check-in screen that more closely resembles the experience on iOS devices. When checking in, Android device owners will be able to more easily share their check-ins with their Twitter and Facebook friends through new sharing tools. The app also makes some under-the-hood tweaks to improve performance. Foursquare is free to download and use.
