for the Nokia 6340i:Looking to replace this puppy
The 6340i replaced my good ol' 7160, but has never performed as well. I got my first 6340i (#1) as a refurb model when my 7160 flunked its swimming lesson. 6340i #1 had problems right off the bat - mostly rebooting or powering off at random. I thought it might be due to being a refurb and returned it for a replacement after about a week. 6340i (#2) was a brand-new phone and stayed with me less than 48 hours. ...

for the Nokia 7160:Great phone, but doesn't swim well
I bought this phone as soon as it came out. It was the first phone to sync with Outlook for both contacts and calendars, and I had to have it. Plus, WAP access was one of the options I could get for free and that had some real cool WOW factor back then.
