for the Motorola T730 / T731c:Heed Caution
This phone is prone to hairline cracks after regular normal use. I went into the Verizon store last night, and there were two people in front of me with the identical problem. I have had my phone for nearly 9 months, with no trouble, but now a hairline crack is developing at the hinge. Verizon said this is a 'physical defect', and that it could not be replaced.
