Item 1. Ring tone volume CAN be adjusted; earpiece listening volume can only be adjusted on a per-call basis. Item 4. The only menu which allows you to 'wrap' or scroll over the top to the last item in the list is the Main menu. Inconveniently, none of the submenus allow this feature. Rating adjusted accordingly.
