I got the Delve on the 2nd of November, and decided to wait a few weeks before giving my review. I have been very impressed by this sleek new phone. First of all, this phone costs only $99.99 after rebate with US Cellular ($199.99 with Alltel after rebate), which is a bargain for a new model touch screen phone.
