for the Nokia E50:
I have never done more with such a small device.
The first thing you notice about the E50 is how absolutely solid it is. The phone is made of a mix of plastic and metal, and has a bit of heft to it, not to say that is bad, just the opposite, the phone feels like it is a well built, quality device, not a flimsy plastic throw-away phone. This is my first S60 device, after using two Windows Mobile smartphone edition devices (Cingular 2125 & 3125) for a year ...

for the Motorola RAZR V3xx:
Very impressed by V3xx
Like others here, I thought I would never buy a RAZR...they are everywhere and everyone has one. However recently, my priorities have changed and I wanted a phone with less bells and whistles, and more pure performance. Strangely enough, I'm coming from a Cingular 3125 smart phone and while I loved the features of that phone..I hated the fact that it could not get a good signal. What good are features if your phone is displaying "Searching..." ...

for the HTC 3125 / Smartflip / 8500 (Star Trek):
Now THIS is a great phone !!!!!
Coming from the Cingular 2125, there wasn't the learning curve for WM5, but it is a lot different that regular cellphones, so bear that in mind when thinking of giving this phone to your mom or tech-challenged signifigant other. If you've used other smartphones before, you'll find this one to be familiar. Appearance: the phone sports a nice combination of metal, plastic and a rubber grip surface near the tips of the phone. The external Windows ...

for the HTC 2125 / 2100 (Faraday):
Some good, some bad
This is my first smartphone after years and years of Nokias. In comparison to the phone it's replacing, the Nokia 6230, in many ways it's not much of an upgrade. Nokia gives away free software that syncs outlook contacts and calendars much as this phone does..just this is REAL Outlook...frankly, I don't notice the difference. The only nice thing (when it works) is Cingular XPressMail. You set it up on your desktop and it forwards mail ...

for the Nokia 6230:
Perfect little phone
When I bought my wife a new phone last year (a Nokia 6200) I thought "This would be the perfect little phone if it just had Bluetooth" Forward a year and I'm sitting here with my Nokia 6230. It's got everything I could need in a phone, Bluetooth, IR, camera, a good speaker and MP3 capability. I've found that this little phone has become a companion of sorts for me. I used to use a Palm ...

for the Nokia 6200:
For what I need..almost perfect
If you want a small, elegant phone that does what a phone should (hint...make and recieve calls) this is it. I bought this phone for my wife a year ago, and it's still working great. We use Cingular service and this phone works where others don't. The only thing this phone is lacking that I believe all phones should have, is Bluetooth. I score the phone a 4.5 instead of a perfect 5 just for that ...
