I obsessed over this phone until I got it. Even with its quirks I loved it. When it would freeze up, no problem, just power off and then back on. I tolerated this and memory card quirks because all the great features made it worth it. The screen is beautiful and easily visible in direct sunlight. The ringer is very loud with quality sound.
