Best Android phone for the non-poweruser
If you care about screen size, dual-core processing power then keep moving, there's nothing to see here. If you're like me - want the utility of a smart phone in an attractive, solid package then STOP. You found your phone. The screen is 4 inches - I was fine with 3.7 on the original predecessor, but this one is just great. The extra size is noticeable and very handy, but the phone remains compact enough to put ...
The closest to perfect (for me) yet!
I've never quite understood why people don't research things completely before they put their money down. Another review talks about the lack of free hotspot - well, it's pretty clear when you purchase the phone that hotspot is no longer included free (keep in mind - that's a billing feature, not a phone feature). Others elsewhere have complained about lack of this or that (voice dial, updated Google Maps, full GPS access...). I chose this phone ...
Terrific intro to the world of BlackBerry
Work has decided that a BlackBerry would be a good thing for me to have...I'm not complaining! I'll let them pay for the data plan, because I just can't justify it for myself. I had a choice of Curve, Storm, or Bold, and I chose the Curve due to its small size and light weight. I am happy I did! I'm sure I would have been pleased with the others, too, but since I carry it in ...
Best smartphone!
Wow. I've struggled with smartphones in the past. I want one, I play with one or get one, hate it and send it back. I've played with the iPhone (but won't deal with AT&T), played with the Droid Eris (very cool...but I wasn't ready to jump to Android 1.5 with a promised - but not materialized yet - upgrade). Owned a Samsung Omnia (WinMo 6.1 just sucks compared to the others, and the resistive touchscreen ...
The best
There are way too many reviews of the more basic phones out there that mark them down for the features they DON'T have. Listen, the specifications are available before you buy! Instead, I'm looking at how this phone performs with what it DOES have, and boy is it a winner! Small, light, sleek...everything I want in a phone. I'm not willing to take extra bulk and weight for silly things like music players and video players. ...
Nice phone, but battery life not so hot.
I like small, compact phones. I don't care about music, photos, video, camera, french fry makers or automatic nose pickers. I like a small phone. I really thought the SCH-u410 would be ideal. Unfortunately, I work in an area that is really challenging to cell phones - very poor reception. You can feel the phones heat up as they struggle to maintain contact with the network. The poor little Samsung just couldn't hold a charge - ...
