for the Samsung Access A827:
Neat phone, but has issues
My wife bought this phone, and in less than 6 months the battery has given out, and the phone had another issue which made AT&T send out a replacement. Functionality is good, usability is good, but reliability is lacking. The Bluetooth connection has also been sporadic at times for some reason. Would not recommend this phone due to the issues experienced.

for the Motorola Q Global / Q9h:
Probably the best phone I have ever used
Rather than provide all of the detailed reviews that others have already done so well... just wanted to provide some feedback on this phone. Motorola has a true winner in this phone. The user interface is rather intuitive, and not overdone. The phone is very responsive, with no delays in the applications. The phone call quality is better than my Razr (which is still a great phone today). Email was a snap to setup and begin ...
