The XV6700 is a pda/laptop first and a phone second. I too have had some frustration with this phone, almost getting a new phone, but after the new update, all is very well. The new update has voice dialing and a slew of improvments. I have read every single review and some-to-most of the complaints and issues are user error or just plain dumb.
