I've bonded the phone to my stereo headphones, but i can get windows meadia player to play thru the headphones. anybody know how to get it to work?

anybody know how to change the start menu? example, when you hit the start menu button is there a way to change how the menu reads? like i wanna put the items i use most on the first page

Just got mine today, upgraded from another phone that i had with cingular. Cost me 83.00 out the door and i got a 50.00 mail in rebate. 33.00 for a nice phone, cant go wrong there. also got a free bundle kit, i.e. car charger and a bluetooth headset for free and a case at my choosing for free too.
