THAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FIRST SUBSCRIBE OR UPGRADE WITH VERIZON WIRELESS, EVEN WITH THE RAZR IT HAPPENED TO ME BUT IT WILL GO AWAY IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND LET EVDO/1X COVERAGE DO THE REST :-)
