Re: What did you pay for your D807
I received the Phone, Data Cable/Software, Travel Charger/Primary Charger, 512KB memory card, Form Fitted Carry Case, and Bluetooth wireless headset for $250. I have Cingular, but going to a Direct store allowed for additional rebates on much of the accessories.
Re: Games
I'm not sure that it's possible to have a compatible Java related game for the D807 on your PC. However, there is a folder in your phone entitled "Other Files". Mine is located under My Stuff as the 7th option. You might be able to upload the game file to that folder and upon completion, go into the folder and scroll to that file and move to the "Games Folder" ... if that is possible. ...
Re: deleting MP3 from phone
Go into Menu/My Stuff/Music/
Once there, search for the folder where the MP3 is stored. Many of mine are stored in the My Music folder. Find the MP3 you wish to delete and hit the left softkey to go into Options. Under that menu, You will see:

2: All
"Selected" should already be highlighted so ...

Hope this helps

The actual length of the MP3 song is negligible considering that if you must shrink the size of the MP3, you would at least like to retain the sound quality. I use a program called Cool Edit. It's a fairly older program, but versitle and easy to use. Initially, I tried to degrade the sound quality to capture the entire song as a ...
What Are The Media Formats?
I've been to the Samsung website to find out what file types are necessary to view media that is stored and advertised to play. What was not clear in the description was the video file format. The Samsung site states all of the following:
The file formats or file types supported on the SGH-d807 are as follows:
* Ringtones: iMelody, SMAF, MIDI, SP-MIDI, MP3, AAC
* Wallpaper/Screen Saver: JPEG, GIF, AGIF, WBMP, ...
