This phone requires two pieces. You need a Micro SD memory card, that is the one that will go in your phone. Then you will need the SD adapter that the micro goes into so you can plug it into your computer and retrieve MP3's. Your computer should have an SD slot, depending on how old it is. Anybody at Best Buy or Fry's Electronics should be able to point you in the right direction. Be sure it is ...

I paid $100 out the door with a 2 yr contract. They list in store for $150 with a $50 mail in rebate, but if you get the right salesperson you can talk them into the rebate on the spot.

I can answer one of the questions for you. I have tried the 1 GIG card in my phone and it works fine, but I opted to go with the 256 MEG because I have no need for that much memory on my phone. As long as your computer has the SD slot, then no data cable is needed...just pop the micro into the adapter and slide it into the computer.

Ok, I have purchased a 256 mb micro card and loaded a few MP3s into my phone. But when I try to set one as a ring tone it says that it is "not allowed." They are full songs but I didn't think that would make a difference. The guy at the Cingular store didn't know for sure and said that the phone may not have the capabilities to use MP3s as ring tones. Is he right about this ...
