SGH D807 Questions and review and info links
Hello everyone I have just registered and will be recieving ny SGH D807 very soon and I have a couple questions.
1. Can I hook the phone into my computer?
2. If so, what things can I do with it then?
3. Will a 1 gig Sandisk Micro card work in this phone? (I have seen people say it will but i'm not entirely sure if I was reading about the right phones. Does any one HAVE a D807 with a working gig card so I can be sure?)
4. If so, I have read that people are using these cards to transport pictures and movies to and from their phone. So if I buy a card, does this replace the need for a data cable? (Because I believe it cost 25 cents per picture sent to an email adress by the phone)(Through cingular anyways :{ )

I can answer one of the questions for you. I have tried the 1 GIG card in my phone and it works fine, but I opted to go with the 256 MEG because I have no need for that much memory on my phone. As long as your computer has the SD slot, then no data cable is needed...just pop the micro into the adapter and slide it into the computer.

There is no need to unlock your phone unless you plan on traveling abroad or use your phone with a different provider. You can get the unlock code from Cingular customer care.
If you have the sd slot on your comp. there is no need for a USB cable.
You can transfer contacts, pics, music, videos, etc. from your comp to the phone, and vice versa.
