USCC uses LTE 750 + 850 + 1700 + 1900. As far as I know, all four bands are utilized, I just don't know the breakdown of where.
Part of USCC's issues with launching LTE phones has been getting the quadband LTE to function correctly. But when they are out, they are very steady and not prone to breakdowns.

Look at USCC's history with the Nokia 6255.

This phone will probably be announced to be with U.S. Cellular first, but will be released on Sprint or Verizion about six months before USC launches it.
