Oh Well...
AT&T and VZ will eventually get upset because they make their business on overages.
Re: This was it
Yep! Will let you save money on it. However, I think ads will still eat your data. Better skip it all. :)
Re: Well said Neville
True.
Wow.
The S7 and S7 are both great. However, it looks as though Samsung has gone full back in applying specs from the S5. Thanks for the awesome review!
Re: FCC Violation?
True that. @Zpike: I would say, start complaining if you don't have an option to opt out of it.
Hahaha!
There's always a catch.
Re: Given that what's written here is true
you got that absolutely correct.
Re: Too Big!
Amen to that. I am a samsung user myself(tried using the S5 and Note 4), but 6 inches? really? Even with the Note 4, I was struggling to keep it inside my pocket. Rather stick with what I have now.
Re: Wow....just wow
Wait till Trump becomes president and "turning off" the internet will eventually kill that "free, open and innovative" internet.
Meh.
Another bloatware to add on your phone. Whatever happened to Instagram.
Lol!
>>>The groups say T-Mobile links month-to-month service with two-year equipment financing plans, which are, in effect, contracts that result in financial penalties if broken.
-Any major carrier have device plans. As for T-Mobile, the customer is actually given an option to get the phone he/she likes through installments without paying any large amount upfront. If he/she cancels his/her account, she will only have to pay the total remaining installments on the phone's price. Nothing much, nothing more. That is ...
Re: it' for dumb people
I would suggest you check out the price of the phone first and do the math. There are no ETF included on the phone's price.
Re: it' for dumb people
Dude what you are paying only is the phone itself when you cancel the account. Actually, with the EIP(Equipment Installment Plan), it gives you the option to pay the phone in installments, say the phone price is $500 / 24 months = $20.83 monthly installments. If you pay, say only 2 months out of it, so $20.83 x 2 months= $41.67. Deduct it from $500 and the remaining is what you will pay for cancellation.
On the other hand, the ...
Re: Garbage
T-Mobile is aware about the EIP(Equipment Installment Plan), that is why customers have the option to lease the phone under JUMP! on Demand for 18 Months as comes with it is the Lifetime Coverage Guararntee offer. Where if the customer cancels the account after 30 days for service, he/she will have the option to keep the phone and still pay it on regular installments. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-23903
Re: It's crazy
Epic. Lol.
:)
Actually, I agree. Would be the best move they did since they constant downfall. It's like they have a acquisition curse. Was offered to buy Google twice, was also offered to purchase facebook. If this happens, this would be one of the biggest internet/site deaths.
?
Is this a Hurrah for freedom? We'll never know for sure. The government may still work below the radar because of this.
Re: Where is this deal on their website?
This link is also the closest I got to it. You can try it as well: http://www.t-mobile.com/offer/switch-from-spr int-to-t-mobile.html?icid=WMM_TM_Q415SPRNTS_4 372M5CFOCW3564
Re: Where is this deal on their website?
Oh, yeah, it was started Nov 26. Sorry about that. I talked to them just now and they said you will need to open a postpaid account with a $50 Simple Choice rate plan. What you need to do is, you need to get a SIM card from them, open a postpaid account, then process the port in. Try calling them at 18009378997 or 18008662453. Tried ordering a SIM card from them through chat but was answered to ...
Re: Where is this deal on their website?
The deal was in effect starting November 29 and for a limited time only. If you port in to T-Mobile and open a postpaid account with a qualified rate plan, you will receive a $200 worth of bill credits that will be applied 3 billing cycles after you activated your account. You may not see it on their website but it is guaranteed that will be applied.
Re: Stick the knife in and turn it...
Amen to that...
Re: LOL Verizon....
checked some postings here as well, about Verizon allowing their customers to give long distance calls for their relatives via the app. They mentioned it was an act of fraud.
Re: Net Neutrality
Amen to that.
Re: It's moves like this that make me want to switch to T-Mobile
Suggest you try it out first to see for yourself. You can lease a phone from them and test the phone and coverage for 30 days.
Re: Hahaha!
This may be for the convenience that without unfriending your ex, you still get to stalk and be bitter. Hahaha.
Hahaha!
Just LOL.
Re: This is nothing more than their old promotion
Amen to that.
Hehe.
You can get a tablet for free, but you will still have to open a tablet line with them to use it. Classic tablet offers.
Re: Another Example
As stated clearly, for roaming. If it's Mexico, does it mean, meant for illegal immigrants? How about Americans going to Mexico? Or are you just going to give stereotypical single minded opinions?
WOW.
This just shows how Verizon is milking their customers. $10 for 24 hours of roaming. Would rather suggest using Skype or Viber over WiFi. Cost $0. Goodluck with that.
Re: Probably Overdue
Think about the comparison of pricing. from 3GB worth $10, it became 6GB for just $15. Also, their 5GB is worth $20 and now it is 10GB worth just $30. The data increase only comes with just a little price hike, but the point is the new ones have more data. These features also include the Unlimited Free Vidoe Streaming.
OH YEAH!
UNCARRIER X FTW! Unlimited Free Video Streaming! YOu can now enjoy "Netflix and Chill" without worrying about consuming all your data bucket!

Runs on AAs...
Quite fascinating phone. Better bring my supply of AAs when going on a trip with it.
Re: Where in Montana??
Looks like the coverage is not updated yet. But rest assured as this is up and running, you will be able to receive 4G/LTE.
Re: Or, just download and use AdBlock software and use better means to get your music
Very well said jinx. I completely agree with you. But no worries as if there is patience on you, you can simply use the regular Youtube app.
Re: De-priortization, NOT throttling
That's true. Some users may get irritated by it but this is just to ensure fairness on other users that are not on unlimited high speed data bucket.
Re: "Verizon will allow people with these old unlimited plans to purchase devices...
Dude, with a contract, you get to have termination fees on top if you will be cancelling within it's period. With the device installment plan, if you cancel your account, you will need to p[ay off the total remaining installments unpaid. Do the math. Check the full retail price of the phone. If you can check the result, there are notermination fee on it, just the price of the phone itself.
Re: Very Interested.
The S6 and S6 edge is quite indeed disappointing because of it's non-expandable memory and non-removable battery. But it also has it's good side. However, since the LG G4 is still sticking to what's best, I might be able to give my approval for it.
Android 5.0
The Android 5.0 Lollipop update is not yet available on my country for Samsung Galaxy S5. If I use Odin in updating my phone using other country's baseband version, is my phone then considered rooted and have violated my carrier's policy? :paranoid: :paranoid: :paranoid:
