When I put an event in my datebook, the same event is listed the following day. When I tried to delete the event on the wrong date, both events were removed. Anybody have this problem? Also, what are the magic numbers to get software updates?

I've seen a V265 with the date display on the inside screen as something like "1/11/05." This was a Verizon dealer (Radio Shack). I would like to purchase online or at a Verizon store. They (at the Verizon Store) had never seen such and thought I was crazy. Anybody know anything?
