MMS/Bluetooth issues

Hi all- wondering if I have a defective S4 or if these are common software issues. 1- Can't receive MMS messages (cricket service)- I can receive all other messages. Just not MMS. Yes it's included in my plan and I should be receiving them according to Cricket CS. I've restarted the phone, taken out the battery, put it back, etc. Re-did *228, checked all settings as much as I know, still it just gives me the little dancing dots whenever ...
