The listing of this plan doesn't have data slow down to 2G, no international free roaming data, or text. So it's less feature plan for $10 off a month.

in the Article: Sprint Gives WiMax Customers - And Itself - An Out forum

Clear board members choose Dish yesterday. That's why Sprint/Softbank back out WiMax due to the facts that most Clear customers are Sprint WiMax customers. To me, 2.6GHz band Clear holds is junk, I am 0.3 mi away and can see this tower by the windows on 2nd floor, the low penetration and noise is so high till I installed a outdoor antenna to make it 4G speed. Same to 1900 band LTE sucks, Softbank need to get money for better airwave ...

no SVDO? I'll pass this one.

Good thing is it's an international phone but no data during on the voice calls which most of sprint's LTE phones support the voice and data at the same time now. This leaves iPhone 5 and Note2 on my skip list.

in the Article: Apple Files Yet Another Complaint Against HTC forum

I remeber those Palm devices, HP pocket PCs back in 1999 and 2001 ODM from HTC, then my first HTC Apache 3G pocket PC smartphone touch screen with WIFI, stylus and slider qwerty keyboard. First G1 phone and so many other innovations, it's just hard nowadays for some companies to go out and buy patents who claim: we invented smartphones, ITC has to ban them. Really??
