Sprint hasn't effectively executed any of their 4G plans, this is why people are really so ready to jump on the hate train. My area has never had 4G in a major city so it's pretty frustrating for me when even the TMobile and the dumpster carriers like Metro PCS have LTE and I'm stuck on 3g Sprint pushing an unsatisfying 0.3 mb Down....

in sunny beautiful south florida sprint only ever launches 4g whether its wimax or lte in the ghettos.. so if you want to keep it real with the hoodrats you can have 4g.. but if you don't live in section 8 you are SOL...

Are you kidding me? Sprint's "NOW" network begs to be made fun of! In the last 2 years their speeds have only gone downhill with the distant promise of 4G/LTE in the "NEAR" HAHAH future.. The average downstream for their network's coverage is .5mb... You can't defend their garbage..

My major issue here is because the shipment was held up conveniently delaying a major launch for HTC who creates a great product but is being abused by Apple and all of this patent litigation nonsense.
After all, you can't tell me that Apple didn't have lawyers poking all over demanding that this happened...

What is the truth about data speed throttling?
Anyone have exact details on the data speed throttling after a certain amount of usage? Just wondering if this would cause you to hit that cap twice as fast.

Seriously, there is not a phone on the market that outclasses this beast's RAM/ROM/PROCESSOR and it's super high-resolution screen. The whole 3d aspect is just a well-executed throw in that increases the value and it STAYS at a sober price point. Kudos to Sprint for staying away from Verizon's playbook with overpriced upgrades.
