See, I would think the exact opposite. I would think that larger cities like New York, LA, Chicago, etc would not have the 2gb issue as they used to throttle the top 5% of users. I would imagine in larger cities there would be a lot more people using an absurd amount of data where the top 5% could be 10gb for example whereas the smaller areas (like where I am) the 5% would be an easier threshold since ...

At least in Michigan. I consistently use 2gb-4gb a month on my unlimited plan and have never received the throttle text. On the other hand, a friend of mine consistently uses over 7gb each month and receives the message between 5gb and 6gb on average. So not sure where ATT is getting this throttle at 2gb crap but as a Michigan unlimited user, I have never seen this.

It will be able to pre purchase on the 13th. Att internal employee site states they will be in retail stores on march 6th or sooner. It will be 199 with 2 yr agreement. There will be bundled pricin for the dock and phone purchase.

Actually the phone has no lag at all. I ran a benchmark test and it beat the droid x by almost 3x. The docking station thinner then a MacBook air and has a nice keyboard. From the 30 minutes I had with this phone I had no lag or delays at all. The touchscreen works as well as my iPhone 4.
