Yes, it is what I would call "true internet". You are still limimted because some sites will ask you to upgrade your browser to an IE of Navigator version. The only site where I experienced this was moviephone.com. Of course there are other movie sites you can visit. Of more importance to me was the ability to access https sites which it has done flawlessly with the JP Morgan Chase site.

How is service on Tmobile in NYC?
I'm probably going to purchase this phone... mostly for the bluetooth so I can surf on a PPC or palm & I refuse to use AT&T. I've heard that the cingular service may be questionable in the GMS band so I think my only choice is Tmobile.

:? I've heard this phone is available in the NYC area for ~$100-150 with activation. I'm assuming this is with a 2 yr contract. I'd be willing to pay up to ~$200 with a 1yr contract or ~$300 with no contract. What Bluetooth?
What rumors? Handspring makes no metion of bluetooth on their web site... Phonesccop doesn't list it... MobilePc mag did a review of it in May 2004 & didn't mention it. Just because some anonymous person mentions it in a review doesn't mean it is. Rumors probably started b/c someone with a bluetooth card said he had a treo 600 with bluetooth.

Is his ervice with Verizon? I haven't been able to find a Verizon phone with bluetooth. I may have to leave them because of the poor phone selection. Even the PDA phones don't have it.
