good point, contact the Airave tech support dept. they open an internal ticket and hopefully they they can resolve it quickly. the number is 855-212-9515 Airave uses your DSL to create signal, and generates 1xRT (3G) data connection which is slower than EVDO, that might be a reason why, but I'm just guessing. call Ariave tech dept. and they will create an internal ticket.

well, honestly I don't know where you can do that yourself at sprint.com, should have asked the airave tech support dept. did you talk to regular tech support about possible outages or reporting your issue to engineering? all problems have a solution. let me know, I still have more resources to share about resolving your coverage issue.

there are 2 different types of AIRAVES I gues you have regular one, the other one is called 2.0 and has more coverage and supports more devices at the same time.

if you Airave does not work, there's tech support dept. just for airaves, regular tech support does not know how to work with it. as for coverage, call customer service and if they do not know ask to be transferred to tech support. they can tell you if there's an outage in the area, if it's the network vision (replacing towers) or if they need to submit a network ticket called CTMS. the good thing if it happens to ...

coverage problem won't really change because of the phone and if it does won't be that much significant. is your problem indoors or outdoors? if indoors at home, call sprint and ask for an AIRAVE it's a little device which requires highspeed internet to generate CDMA signal, if it's out doors either specific location or multiple locations call tech support and they will tell you whether is an outage or has to be reported to engineering. Verizon migh an ...

if get your question right, you need a data plan depending on you device and also on the plan you chose.. all smartphones require a data plan or an Everything data plan. review what you use your phone for and how many lines you have. if just 1 line and you use your phone a lot (data, text and talk) everything data 450 would be the best for you. if more than one line and same usage, the plan ...

it's true that this forum is anonymous, however, the truth is that sprint is having a lot of issues with call quality, their Network Vision process is affecting many customers. I have a friend who works for sprint and he tells me he's seen customers with up to 3 months of outages (internally called network vision) and can't get out their contracts. if you call sprint they can't do anything because you're calling a callcenter and towers are being ...

just like someone else said before, Sprint is going to get rid of iDEN gradually, there are too many users that don't want to stop using theirr walkie talkie... they would rather stop using cellphones and go back to walkie talkies.. their currently working on CDMA walkie talkie enabled phones but will take some time.
