Hey there, I do know one thing, you can choose to "Deauthorize" your old computer.. this is what you usually have to do when transfering stuff to a new system. fire up the old itunes on your old computer, and "Deauthorize it" from the advanced menu. It will then tell you, "you have 2 out of 5" computers authorized etc.. I hope that helps..

Hey, thanks for responding. It was actually the network. My plan wasn't activated with "ev-do." Once they did that, the phone is working just fine.. it's very fast. Thanks!

hey guys, I just picked up an m1 to replace my sanyo 8400. The internet is really slow on this thing.. my 8400 was twice as fast. Is there any kind of preference I'm not setting right? or maybe it's just the network. Thanks for any input!

hey, I was so excited to get my new sanyo m1.. i charged it up, and the inside screen doesn't work at all.. it just lights up solid grey, with nothing on it. Did anyone else have this problem? I have to call Sprint tomorrow to get it replaced. Bummed out,
