dont give up hope yet ! depending on when you purchased your hint! from the sounds of it it seems like you got it when they first came out! the best thing to do is communicate with the rep, since cricket has alot of customers and new coverage areas open everyday id try and update you phone by doin *228 at least once evrytwo weeks .also try turning your phone off so it can get all the new updates ...

hey well we are located in tx. we sell blackberrys flashed to cricket fully so u can use all the functions. downside is your traveling area will be limted !
