Re: Availability of different colors???
I haven't seen anything about an offering of colors other than the standard "titanium grey" (I think that's what it's called). FWIW, I have a clear plastic form-fit case on my Jack, and I really like it. I found the caseless Jack a little too slippery, and I nearly dropped it once.
Re: Jack - First Impression
Just an FYI: I went into the AT&T store to check out the Jack display model, and it did the voice fluctuation thing, too. As did the Epix, the Propel Pro, and the BlackJack II -- they all sounded exactly like my phone, no difference at all. I guess it's just a Samsung thing, and maybe I'm just too picky, as most folks who've reviewed this phone don't even notice it.

Oh, and I find I have better luck if I wash my hands first to get rid of any ...

Your review was VERY helpful, and I agree with your evaluation. I am really liking mine. I did have a question, though: do you notice any sort of variation or fluctuation in volume while you're on a call?
When I'm talking to people, they are quite clear (more so than my old RAZR), but the volume of their voices fluctuates somewhat throughout the call; the volume seems lower as the person begins to speak, then ramps up as they ...
Jack - First Impression
I went in to AT&T this afternoon and found the Jack in stock, and since I had researched the phones in my price range, I decided to give it a go. I'm new to Windows Mobile, coming from a RAZR V3xx (which I love), so it's going to be quite a learning curve. I like the look and feel of this phone. It fits nicely in the hand, it's got a nice screen, and I'm starting to get the ...
