Re: Huh?
You obviously fail at history.... the titanic had many opportunities to be saved or at least its crew and people on board. The Titanic was close to 2 ships that passed by as it was sank, but both ships had their radios off and never got the SOS message.
Re: lol Sprint should be privileged to have a customer these days
Troll go away
Re: In Other Words
Lol agreed.
Re: My Prediction
I know everyone in that EHC department in Kansas City.
Re: Account Question ?????
It actually seems that Best Buy didnt report your account canceled until may 25th..... So its really not Sprints fault, they can only go by what the 3rd party reported. Best Buy needs to get in contact with NSS and have it resolved or escalated if you actually returned it on may 7th.

It does seem that Sprint has completely squandered their first-to-market advantage, as they have slowed the pace of lighting up WiMax. :(
It sure seems as though Verizon is lighting up their "4G" networks at a faster pace than Sprint is building out WiMax. :paranoid:
Another opportunity that Sprint had in its hands but let it get away.
*fixed*
Sorry dont considered tmobiles enhanced 3g network to be 4g. Only LTE and Wimax have true ...
Re: I can't choose between the HTC Evo Shift and the Samsung Epic
Lol...you never know who is behind the keyboard.
Re: I can't choose between the HTC Evo Shift and the Samsung Epic
Ya, lol not sure why its that funny, unless your one of the many that think I'm a girl because of my name.
Re: I can't choose between the HTC Evo Shift and the Samsung Epic
Agreed unless he is worried about the price

Re: I can't choose between the HTC Evo Shift and the Samsung Epic
I would get the Evo forget the shift and the epic. Plus the Evo is getting gingerbread today.
Re: EVO is so overrated
I have both devices actually i own the EVO and my girl has the EPIC, and she has had nothing but issues since the 2.2 update.
Re: EVO is so overrated
Both the EVO and the EPIC have the same battery issues; and i will take the EVO's faster UI and smoothness over the EPICS sluggish UI.
Re: Urgent Sprint issue from a store rep...
LOL nice.... I like how he came on here for sympathy by trying to get a sale. He is just upset because he lost money trying to play the system.
Re: Good news is: Sprint adds 1.1 million subscribers.
Trust me the net losses are dropping each quarter, plus with the $10 dollar premium data fee its only going to increase revenue. Plus Sprint now is paying a flat rate to use wimax instead of a per subscriber charge. Like the Report said Sprints net losses have dropped each of the last 5 quarters, and if I'm not mistaken its been about a 100-200 million dollar difference each time.
Re: Why I love Verizon Wireless!
LOL, your happy because you got something that every other verizon employee could have got and at the same price. Damn the Kool-Aide must be good in verizon,
Re: DON'T CHANGE YOUR PLAN!
Its sad they let people like this post misinformation.
Re: Verizon Wireless Customers....Look Out!
So your defending your lying to the customer as an industry wide practice. Nice.... But anyways I'm pretty sure the "good" agents are not like you who cause issue later on when a customer realizes they are on a plan they never agreed to.
Re: Alot of companies
My roommate works in the fraud department on campus in OP Kansas and my cuz works in OKC triage center.
Re: Verizon Wireless Customers....Look Out!
That makes you a bad agent and a liar for not informing the customer that your changing their plan.....
Re: Verizon Wireless Customers....Look Out!
No, thats still not a hard discount. LOL Its just them trialling a plan in a select market. Sorry you fail, its cool it happens sometimes.
P.S. He never said anything about a plan change so your theory of trying to come up with a way to defend your point failed.
Re: Alot of companies
LOL, go check in csm there is one in actions-adjustments-ban/subscriber. I don't even work for Sprint and i know this lol. Your the reason for failed IR's and bad customer service.
Re: Verizon Wireless Customers....Look Out!
Its obvious that its only one month lol, companies don't pro-actively offer hard discounts in that amount for a 2 year agreement.
Re: Alot of companies
Ya, Sprint offers $50, $75, and $100 dollar service credits for renewal depending on your tenure and premiere level.
Re: Anyone who doesn't think Sprint is next...
Hey Menno, been a long time. But Should we really lets peoples ignorance give them a free pass?
Re: Anyone who doesn't think Sprint is next...
You must be like the other millions of people who do not read their terms and conditions, Sprint specifically states that anything deemed abusive to the network can be canceled or suspended at anytime.
Re: Liar
Hence the name individual lol.
Re: No Surprise
1) there are more people on wimax then LTE, so i don't see how you come up with that statement. (sprint and clearwire in the US)
2) Don't care about this one it is what it is.
3) Sprints biggest growth has been prepaid, not wimax so get your facts straight. And i will not believe your bs claims of your iphone4 on gsm 3g getting faster speeds then my EVO in good 4g coverage. In downtown Kansas City i get ...
Re: *yawn*
I love people like you who are willing to speak with false and idiotic information. Sprint for the last 2-3 quarters has had a positive net in customers, albeit that 60-70% of them are prepaid it still is a positive gain.
So i would probably just put my foot in my own mouth if i were you.
Re: $10 charge please help
Every smart phone or PDA will have the $10 charge, so yes you will have to pay the $10 dollar fee for an evo. If your asking if there is 2 $10 fees, the answer is no.
Sprint finally on top.

Distinction from the voices of Sprint’s most important critics – its customers – comes one week after Sprint announces 12 consecutive quarters of improvement

Re: Might be bad news for Clear!
Sprint owns 51% of them so there is no dropping them lol.... sprint would probably just buy them out.
Re: Please go LTE
Your actually wrong about that, switching from Wimax to LTE is a software change not hardware. Sprint has stated this multiple times.
Please go LTE
It would be nice, uniformed network across the US. Or the can keep Wimax and LTE use one for voice, other one for data. Not sure if thats a possibility but it would be nice.
Re: Boost is CDMA
They have some of the same phones as Sprint CDMA, but if you take a Sprint Rant and try to work on boost Iden, you cant chirp or DC with them at all. So "BOOST" uses iden but the company sells cheaper cdma phones to use on sprint network with secondary acess. This only happened in 2009. Boost was originally launched in Australia, over Optus, in 2000, and in New Zealand, over Telecom New Zealand, in 2001. Boost it ...
Re: Boost is CDMA
Its sad that you as a moderator fail to realize not one sprint full CDMA phone will work on boost.
This is straight from KMS.
Tell the customer that they need a Boost Mobile SIM card and a compatible iDEN phone.
If Sprint iDEN customer, customer can buy a Boost Starter Kit (includes SIM card and $10 in airtime) if their iDEN phone is iDEN Boost prepaid compatible.
If CDMA customer, they need a Boost Mobile iDEN phone.
Phones ...
Re: cricKet to get iPhone 4 (flashed)
