No way to log out of it!
Ya & they need to come up with a way so your not always showing logged in on it if you don't want to be! Right now the only way I have seen by googling it. At least for Android is that you have to go in and clear the data for the app. which is ridiculous. If FB is going to make you use it (which im holding out until they force it) Then they need to have ...
Avail now for delivery the 24th. Ordered already!

To big for it's screen size.
I was thinking about trying this out when it's released. But now I am really liking WP again.. It's even better now too with 8.1. This HTC has to much bezel though. It's taller then the S5! Samsung ATIV S Neo, I am using now is 4.8 & its just the right size.
Very tempted..
I am now very much leaning towards returning my Moto G LTE back to Amazon for this!!... Decisions Decisions
Re: Not here yet..?
Wow. I was looking on that the wrong thing on my phone! I was confusing the google Play store version with actual play services lol. I factory reset my phone and it updated play services to 5.0 and then I checked the play store version and it's the same. It prob had already updated before and I didn't know it... Because once it does it disappears.
Re: Not here yet..?
Hmm. Still no update here today yet. I am not super concerned about it. It must be in phases then and hopefully will be rolling in soon. Strange though as these unlocked Moto's usually get stuff the fastest. Last updates I got were from when I just got this phone and signed in a couple days ago. Nothing since. When did you get this update, Just today/yesterday?
Not here yet..?
Moto G LTE here still says up to date on Build version 4.8.20
Aio/ Cricket Wireless version??? Help
Hello I am starting to get concerned that Cricket Wireless is not supporting the Moto G properly.. I bought mine direct from when it was AIO & Motorola has begun rolling out this software update for it to fix some things and bring improvements to this version 4.4.3 . Mine has not gotten this and when I check it still says up to date.. Does the update come from Motorola direct or is Cricket going to control it..? No ...
Re: Good alternative to MetroPCS only if....
I hear ya. But my Moto G on them is capped at the HSPA+ which is 4megs, & It's still fast enough when off wifi. I have had no real probs with buffering etc. Funny too sometimes my G is faster then some other LTE handsets I have used on Metro/Tmobile etc..
Here is a great one!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id =com.almalence.opencam I use this one as my current fave right now on my Moto G. Where it really helps is when the flash is to bright. You can dial down the exposure so it doesn't blow out the shot, Which happens on the G. Lots of great features though ...
I'll say it again
Not even including a flash for the camera is a huge fail right off the bat! They had a good chance to compete in the same space as the Moto G, But not with this. I hope they dont't consider this a successor to the 620.. Nokia is all over the map with their models, Adding one thing like a larger screen here but leaving off something else that should be standard. I wish Tmobile would stop trying ...
Um successor to 620..
Argh! & the only thing that will stop me from picking this up is the lack of a flash for the camera. That should be standard by now! & this will be pretty useless in low light & indoor shots etc. Why on earth is Nokia always putting one thing like making the screen bigger on this then the 620, But now no flash for the camera! I'll stick with my Moto G a while. Little things like this ...
Camera
If LG has not improved the camera the 8mp means nothing. At least on their other mid range 5mp shooters. Photos are much grainier then on my Moto G.

Re: Aio
See my other post below with the links that answer it all. The name will be changing but that's about it.
Re: Aio http://www.aiowireless.com/content/aio/en/why-aio/news/2013/10/31/customers_love_the_a.html
The name be changing unfortunately but that's about it. If anything service will get better & larger as there keeping the GSM but going to use the cricket name. I guess because it's more established. Good link above :)
Aio
Im all abt unlocked phones and getting my own now etc. Love the moto G. Aio started selling it for only 149.00 got it delivered & said bye bye to Tmobile as much as I love them. Up & running now on Aio. Port was smooth and saving more money for same benefits, larger network . I recommend them.
Re: "Highly Skeptical"
Most welcome. Ya I find it funny sometimes when people argue over this kind of thing. To each there own why we have choice right. I really would not mind the merger as long as GSM stayed of course. Which I cant see any reason why they would eliminate it and the positive things stayed as well & continued to improve. We shall see. It will prob be a while..
Re: "Highly Skeptical"
Hello. Wow good reply & again you make valid points. BUT at least in my opinion I would rather have the overlays as long as things are working fine. I am happily running Moto G currently on Tmobile & there HSPA+ is great. I sometimes can't even tell the difference between it & LTE devices I have had. Granted Tmobile has there areas of edge they need to update too. The problem with Sprint though is now in ...
Re: "Highly Skeptical"
Valid points but the main thing with this softbank proposition of course is. We don't want Sprint coming in & messing up Tmobile's strides & if it did happen def not Hesse in charge of things!
Re: yeah!!
Yes just what I want to read too. We don't want Sprint involved & especially not Hesse running things.
Re: data,
See my other post. This is 3g only BUT on Tmobile runs perfectly fast on there HSPA+. I don't really notice any difference between it & LTE . At least on Tmobile in some cases for me the g is overall faster actually. Verizons 3g version should be passable as well but like I said Sprint's network ugh not so much. Hope that helps :)
To bad it's on Sprint.
Happily running my G on Tmobile & the HSPA+ when off wifi works just fine. At least Verizon's variant should be somewhat useable too off wifi on there 3g. Sad the only carrier that you cannot say the same for in 2014 is Sprint!
Vs LG
Argh always something though. Even given the price point why do they have to make it so much thicker and bulky. Anything above 10mm range in thickness is just to thick at least to me. Besides the ppi being slightly better on this too. Dont see much difference in it & current LG F6 im using. Was hoping for bit more..
This is supposed to be better then the w1
Theres not even a flash for the camera on this! More huawei junk
Argh!!
I am currently using unlocked Tmobile phone on 60.00 GoPhone plan works great. Was thinking id Switch to Aio when they go nationwide but strangely they dont' support short code messaging=fail. I get alot of them the Free ones from UPS my bank hotel promos etc. Weird AT&T's own GoPhone & others let them through. Ugh it's always something.
Re: Easy fix!
Ya I did notice that Alltel I forgot is not GSM . I wonder what there doing for the postpaid people that's already been resolved . Because theres a bigger price difference between Alltels current contract plans and Att's . Seems this prepaid thing would be less of an issue . Ill be surprised if they dont settle it quick.
Easy fix!
Unless im overlooking something this looks like a pretty easy fix! Offer them the gophone 60.00 smartphone plan. I took a glance at alltels website and there prepaid starts at 45.00 for just talk & text with data starting at 15.00 extra for just 250 mb's and 2 gb which is what you would get with ATT is 25.00 extra. So again whats the major prob?? Offer them gophone! Same Att nationwide network as postpaid gets. Which is great. ...
Re: To bad it's Sprint
Well all the points you just mentioned are pluses Sprint doesn't provide. At least you have the option of wifi calling etc. From my own personal experience & im in a big city Sprint's network overall is garbage. I just recently gave them another chance actually as there map said I was now in the "best" coverage area. Get home dropped calls same usual slow data. Pretty sad even metroPCS where im at using Tmobiles network has them ...
To bad it's Sprint
By the time Sprint get's there Lte all together they still wont be as good as Tmobile's network.
No flash for the camera=fail
I would have considered picking one up had the included a flash for the camera. I wonder how much that really would drive up the price..? This will be pretty useless in low light night indoor shots etc. I'll stick w my L9. Puzzling to me they tout the camera yet leave that off.
Re: Yawn
Hello ya I hear ya & good points. Im sure it most def is better. Im back on Tmobile though. Ive had everyone I always seem to come back to them. The L9 is a surprisingly great phone esp with no contract for 199.00 outright. If it get's updated to Jelly bean it w be all the better. Although 4.0 is fine for me too :)
Yawn
The main thing they should have improved is the battery. I had one of these I bought off ebay & just google it worst battery ever. Doesn't sound like much different except for jelly bean. Optimus L9 I have cuurently on Tmobile no contract is just as good or prob better & 199.00 retail again no contract.
Ugh why
Moves like Tmobile getting the 521 are just stupid! It doesn't even have a flash on the camera. Why would they not at least get the 620 or better yet the 720 which looks better then there 810! Who makes these poor descisions.
No reason over the 822
See no reason why anyone would want this over the better lumia 822 on Verizon. & price cant be a factor when the 822 can be had for free or 49.99.. And you get a better device with more features then the Samsung.
No benefits over my 822
Why would anyone get this instead. Enough said :)
Wheres the flash for the camera
No flash even for the camera that already is a FAIL right out of the gate. Glad I left Sprint for Tmobile & my Lumia. This is not a good replacement for Sprint's Arrive.
He does nothing with stuff!
He bought the 70 percent completed Fontainebleau here in Vegas that was supposed to be open already like 3 years ago! That would be one of the most beautiful resorts. Then he sells the furnishings for the place at auction. Wth.
changed mind I reccomend over the Radar!
Ok so I need to really think before I post (re my previous posts saying the radar was better). I didnt get enough hands on with this at CES. So I went to the store & exchanged tonight. And the unit you actually get is better then the demo units running in stores too! Besides the lack of Front facing camera I think the Lumia 710 IS better overall then the Radar now. :) They are still both really ...
