Customer service can no longer renew contracts for Cellone. A former Cellone retail store can up to a certain date in May. Sorry I don't remember the exact date. If you use the phone as a modem it will bill seperately than your normal BB data usage, and it bills alot. Once the billing conversion happens, I don't know if it will work at all. For the last question, if a retail store has any they may sell you ...

I can't even count the number of calls that I've taken where people were told in retail or dealers that the cellone account doesn't exist anymore so to ignore any bills that come in the mail. Or the person pays just their past due balance to be able to migrate, because that was all they claim they were told to pay, then pay nothing else and get mad because their phone gets shut off. Don't get me started on retail ...

I'm in AT&T training in Ohio right now. We start taking AT&T Care calls tomorrow afternoon. I was told that everybody will be trained by May before the billing conversion, but they are still trying to decide what to do about the Divested markets. One thing I did hear was that engineering and another department (they don't take calls and I really don't know what they do) were basically told that they were out of a job ...

I am a legacy Dobson rep. People asked all the time if the statewide unlimited included mtm or n/w. You would tell them it was unlimited and it didn't matter who they were calling or what time of day it is, but they would keep asking. I even had an agent ask what the min prorate was going to be for a new activation. She argued with me for a good 3 minutes when I tried ...

Basically your phone is asking if you want your sim to send and receive messages from the network. If you go into your settings, I think it's phone settings, there is an option to disable it. It will allow your phone to communicate with the network without you having to do anything
