No, I think what people are saying is entirely reasonable: they want Verizon's excellent service quality and the phones that customers are demanding. If Verizon's policies or standards are preventing it from releasing phones like the Treo on time, then it seems a reasonable conclusion that something needs to be adjusted in the way Verizon evaluates phones, or whatever it is that creates the delays. A company has to meet consumer demand or lose profits, and I'm guessing that ...
Should I wait for Verizon's Treo?
Hi-I'm a current Verizon customer and have been for several years. Prior to Verizon, I'd tried Sprint, ATT, and Cingular. I've stuck with Verizon because I found it to have the most reliable network, both at home in Los Angeles and when I'm (frequently) on the road, often to remote places. I also frequently make use of VW's high speed data service, using my Motorola 720 as a modern.
