My big questions on the Treo is how is the conduit with MS Office? One of my big issues is getting notes, task categories, etc. from MS Outlook on my PDA. I haven't had a palm for a while, but I used to loose some data and detail when I would synch with outlook.

Thanks a lot for the advice. When you say "we" can you identify who you work for? Also, any ideas on when the carriers will be upgrading to the newer MS 2003 OS? Are there other Smart Phones I should be looking at? The only clam shell one that seems workable is the Samsung i600. I have heard that it may have a foldable keyboard accessory, but I can't seem to find it. thanks again... jason

I have been trying really hard to get onto a Pocket PC-based phone to consolidate my cell phone and PDA. Right now my carrier is ATT, and they only have GSM devices, which don't cut it in my area. Does anyone have any experience with the Samsung models and Verizon Service? Doe these operation well as phones or is there some compromises involved in the "PDA with cell anteanna and headphonse jack" devices? j-

I have had good customer service experiences and have really appreciated the one-rate plans, since I travel for work. To be perfectly honest, we have some network problems here that are challenging.
