Sprint NFC trial in the Bay Area

What's up everybody... I just wanted to see what people thought about this technology. I will be one of the lucky people testing it out in the upcoming months.

Has anyone else gotten a chance to try NFC's out? If so, how was your experience with it?

Wifi phones....

I am on Verizon. I would like a phone with wifi. Any news on when one might be released?
Currently, I have a Q and love it. I would want something like it with wifi.
For those with phones with wifi, is there an extra service charge for enabling it? Or is it like having a laptop and it picks up free internet access in hotspots?
How does it work?
Thanks!

Application Unlock for S620

My phone is SIM unlocked but seems to be application locked. It keeps asking me to unlock it. i am at attempt 8/8.

I read through some of the threads and downloaded the HTCUnlockInstaller.cab, but no app to run to do the CID unlock.

It's a HTC S620 (it is not a T mobile or anyother brand name)
and i also do not have the software to create a sync between the phone and my computer
Can anyone help me out on this?

thanks

Hello there. Sam here.

I'm just writing to ask about mobile email. I have a Windows mobile 6 device and want to synchronise my yahoo email with it. From looking through the forum I came across the below mobile email software and installed a trial of it successfuly.

It seems so far to be pretty good, but I was wondering if anyone knows more about this before I bite the bullet??

Thanks in advance for any advise!

motorola usb charging?

can someone tell me where or how to go about finding out how to charge a motorola (black 385, I think that it is) phone with a usb cable? I am so new to the technology. I have a cable with a connector that fits the port, and a mac with usb ports and do I need software? or do I need a PC? or the manual which is not at this location.

Personalized Coverage Locators

Hi,

I am a new one in phonescoop.com forum. I just want to ask if there is anyone of you who knows how to personalize the coverage maps of some US Carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. Is there someone who knows how to make an api copying the coverage maps of these sites into your own site (without using iframes). Wherein you could make your own design and probably be able to generate the map image.

Thanks a lot...
