Your right about that. But look at the maps. Edison and ATT cover most areas were sprint and T-Mobile hug interstates major highways near cities.

What is dumb is your logic. What does roaming have to do with anything? I will bet sprint roams more then Verizon. At least anywere near were I live. They are talking about their network only not while roaming. I travel all over the south and never roam. My buddy who has sprint roams as soon as we leave the city of Albany or Leesburg GA.

Since Verizon covers 99% of the entire 3g foot print I can't remember when I switched to 3g. Also I get between 20mbs to 56mbs.

The only thing that you can do to lose unlimited is upgrade that line. I have added lines upgraded others and changed my plan (more minutes) and I still have unlimited on the two phones I always have. Adding a phone will not change your data plan on the one line.

You know what is alarming. Sprints coverage of 31701 zip code. When they Verizon coverage both voice and 4g then there plans like this will be alarming.

how about check your usage with verizon now with the blackberry you have now and see how much you have used in the past. And I am sure you will use a little more with the iphone but it will get you some idea. If you are close now then you might have an issue if you are not close to 2gb then you should be good.

iphone is a smartphone. And they blame the iphone on everything that is wrong with their network. Its always the iphone users that is consuming so much data. Spend the money to upgrade the network like they should and not be so consumed by trying to get more money from their customers. Data and SMS is the biggest money maker for them. And yes they are a business and since only so small of people go over 2gb then it woul dnot be so big to have a plan still and also offer a plan for people that use smaller amounts. the real reason is to get more money or they wouldn't do it and to limit their network issues that they have.

people will pay for good service it is just a fact. Walmart is losing ground form this fact. They lost sight of the customer service aspect. They miscalculated thinking people will shop there just for low prices and they are paying now. I would rather shop at publix then walmart or go to kohls or something else. well yeah since they have like 12 being released by year end. They get better and better. Droid was only out for what 6 months before the droid 2 replaced it. Something will replace the x soon. its just a fact. And its just not smartphones look at others too. They don't last long.

that 80 dollar plan was prepaid with Verizon. My point is sprint is not a prepaid carrier and has way cheaper plans but doesn't add the numbers the other two do. And until they do sprint can offer 19.99 a month for everything and neither would follow till the customers do.

one thing for my point. VM cames out with $40 unl data plan. Verizon comes back with a $80 5gb plan. You see my point on they are not worried about VM or sprint until they start taking subs away from them. Once sprint and I think it is possible starts taking subs then sprint can alter what att and verizon do.
