They come into my store and try to get serviced knowing the english words: phone, yes, no, money; and expect me to be able to help them out. It is nice to finally see a prepaid windows phone. My windows 7 Samsung Focus was the best phone I ever had. 2 years of use and it never slowed down.

I am also hopeful for these Blackberry devices. I work at a store that sells phones and I have not been able to sell a blackberry since the original torch came out. We only get plastic demos so I havent tested the operating system for the BB10 phones. I like the looks and the reviews i've read. I disagree. I do not think it is the right thing to do. I have seen what its like to be dominated by the bad rich corporations. I live in small rural midwest town. We had two small stores close down because a WalMart decided to open up in our small town. WalMart is rich and can afford to do as they please and offer low prices compared to these small stores. I would reccommend the ballistic maxx series for the Galaxy s3. This is the best case I have ever had. It is built solid, has reinforced corners and has a user replacable screen protector (not offered by otterbox). Definately check it out.

I have not had any overheating problems while having the case on. The phone doesn't run hot at all even while charging.

Most ZTE phones i've seen have been on pre-pay phones. If they make a prepaid windows phone, it will be the first and hopefully be popular. Windows phones only make up aboust 2% of smartphones (I'm a proud owner of a windows phone) but maybe a prepaid will jump it up to 3%. :P

I have now been able to get the mango update. They have released the update to 10% of the phones every week since the updates launch, I finally got mine.
For any one who wanted to know there is a way you can force the update. Go to zune, search for a update, as you hit search, unplug your wireless router or ethernet cable. wait around 30 seconds and zune will say update found. plug in your internet and ...

There is no way to get custom ringtones on the focus yet. We will be able to once the mango update becomes available. I hope its soon cause other phones have had the mango for a couple weeks but it still isnt on the focus :(
