umm, a lot of people already have this service. its the best mnvo out there and it's picking up so much speed. Helio is a cell phone company that uses sprints network. if it doesnt have sprint signal, it switches over to verizon towers because sprint has roaming agreements with vzw. helio is hott.

Yeah there is a loss but kind of a relief. Radioshack brought advantages by getting verizon cells even before verizon stores, and being able to add on their own rebates onto verizons' phone rebates and yeah, 3rd party dealer. But when it came to returns, rebates, repair, insurance, and the non-existant 15 day worry free gurantee policy, they were bums.

either way, verizon wireless makes a lot of money from the contracts with Ampd. It will be more like Vzw prepaid vs Ampd even though theyre both on the same side and wont compete against each other either.

Personally I don't think its a problem or a glitch. It happens when your phone has absolutely no signal. Searching for signal takes up battery, like as much as playing a game on your cell. The cell initiates its 'Enhanced Power Save' feature and not only saves you your cell from dying but can be very useful in times of emergency use.

Demand for analog phones is really low. It's sometimes pointless to some manufacturers. The real money comes from the real people who live in the real parts of the country. = Digital babyy. If you're wondering if im implying that analog areas are non-existant, then your 100% right. 8)

personally I think this will be verizon wireless's flagship phone. it has it ALL. what does it lack? its what all of you people have been complaining for. it has every feature including speaker, bluetooth, memory, and evdo. i will surely get this cell phone. yeah motorola/vzw history has been bumpy but this still is just so hott. does anyone know any other evdo potential phones coming out besides the e815?

nope, email clients are usually only mentioned for smartphones , but you can still check email like hotmail, yahoo, gmail unless its a vpn or something really secure. verizon upcoming cell phones are being equipped with wap 2.0 and openwave browser +6.2. you can check it through mobile web.

So it's still a travel charger? Motorola travel chargers aren't dependable. Lg travel chargers are. I even prefer the desktop charger for motorola phones. I have an annoying past history with making my motorola t720 charge because of it's weird motorola travel charger.
travel charger is not the car charger. it's the one where it's basically a string and connects to the cell on one end and into the socket on the other.

Well this is only my opinion. But in nokia there are usually 5 different ringer profiles. One is for Business, Outdoor, Indoor, etc. It's basically the audio settings for a mode. Like let's say one profile was 'Indoor'. You'd intially set it up to vibrate and silent whenever a call or text came. And for 'Outdoor' you'd set it up with High volume ringers whenever a call or text comes. So you just set up all of your profiles ...

Yeah it does but you can adapt to it. Is motorola's past history of 'reading cell phones in the daylight' repeating itself? I guess so. But it's not like you have another choice. Either get the LG VX8000 with a bright and awesome external display, get another ev-do handset. Or like me, wait for the Moto E815 and in the meantime, play around with your LgVx8000.

I've only spent a few seconds with it and it really is a good phone. this is the flagship phone from kyocera so don't underestimate it. i dont see anything thats wrong with it.
