Apple looks less appealing in my eyes. They get there money from selling iphones, apps, and contracts. Why should they even care who is providing the advertising? What difference does it make if it's Googles ads vs. Joe the plumbers ads? To take out one of the big names in advertising just doesn't seem to make much sense.

and stupid businesses like verizon NEED to be regulated for reasons just like this. Verizon makes a TON of money in subscriber fees, their plans are more expensive than anyone elses theres no reason to charge $350 to terminate a contract. Here we are pushing to get rid of ETFs all together and verizon wants to up theirs? C'mon now.

Did you ever think their business plan involes better faster converage in major areas where the people and money are at? They are still fairly small compared to sprint vzw and att, doesnt make much sence to throw a bunch of towers up so that ma and pa can get coverage at the ranch.

Thats still 100% ridiculous. the look is NOTHING like android and believe me the feel.... this phone responds to about 25% of touch input. It is slow clunky software that LOOKS like Samsungs TouchWIZ and its even a far stretch from that. Bottom line POS phone by POS manufacturer

Most of ther ranters here arent ranting about the govnt stopping its employees from useing cell phones, its the idea of banning truck drivers, the ones who are the least of our problems, from talking while driving. And if its so necessary to have us wear seatbelts to keep us safe why arent motorcyclists forced to wear helmets?

Your experience with Tmo Service must not be very extensive. Their network may be small to verizon by comparison in terms of subscribers but believe it or not they have more towers than any other provider. In the 3 years ive had Tmo I can count on one hand the number of dropped calls I've had vs the handful a day I experienced with verizon.

Right, and I fully agree with that. But to say that you are not going to service a customers wants or needs based on their age looks or actions while in their store is unfair and discriminitory. All we can do is OFFER to help our customers, some people are just to stubborn to listen to reason, and those are the people (like the ones mentioned in this story) who come back in months needing a new phone.
