I HATE YOU FLEXPAY CUSTOMER CARE!!!!
I've had it with flexpay customer care. Ever since they moved it to the philipines I can never get anything done. Its like talking to a freaking vegetable. Two instances now they made things worse than they had to be. I need to go punch something now. 😡

My least favorite situation do deal with as a call center rep is when a customer places an order online/over the phone for a new line of service and they're flex pay...not that there is anything wrong with the people who are on flex pay accounts, but sometimes it can be very hard to get help with those accounts. ☹️

omg yes... I was trying to help a customer who wanted to port out of flex pay. We called and asked when her contract is up and they told her whenever she wanted it to be. It took a supervisor to get the actual date. 😳

do you call care and enter the flexpay # or do you talk to care and ask to be transfered?

I've done both ways and doesn't make a difference. If I get pissed off talking to them and I know what I'm talking about just think what customers go through. Its horrible and I die a little on the inside everytime I have to call.
