waltermax's review of the Motorola Moto Z Play Droid

original version, submitted Mar 15, 2017, 8:33 AM:

Longest lasting battery EVER

I've had this phone for a week and I've only had to charge it three times. First charge lasted 48 hours. I was shocked. I've had dozens of phones and none have even come close to this battery life. And I'm a heavy user, including hotspot, movies, etc. The specs are decent and everything works that I need it to. The fingerprint sensor also locks the phone. For $400 it is my opinion that this is the best value out there. A very decent phone. I had the Pixel XL and returned it as I didn't want to support an $800 phone, and it had a lot of things that I didn't need.

Buttery smooth.

Update: A coupla months later, still going strong. Just tried out the Samsung S8+ and returned it after 2 days. Moto much more user friendly. Still does everything I want it to. Found out that the z play 2 will have a smaller battery, so will keep this for awhile. Best phone I ever had.
