kc2fya's review of the HTC Desire 626s (CDMA)

original version, submitted Jan 12, 2016, 1:40 PM:

Decent Performer, Boost Variant.

I am pleased with the 626s for the most part. The earpiece audio is a bit low making calls outdoors a bit difficult. The speakerphone is too low, even at maximum volume. The HD screen (720 x 1080) screen is very good. My weather radars are very detailed on this screen. The audio through the headphones is actually excellent. I wish it had more than 8 GB of ROM, but the 1.5 GB of RAM seems to make this phone operate smoothly. I do recommend a case and a screen protector.

I just received the OTA update to Android 6.0.1 today (6/11/2016) and the phone already seems to be more responsive with more animations. I will update as I review the new software.
