Watching Saved Videos Off A Memory Card

Does anyone know if the 9900 has a different (better) video player then the 9800 and does it just play 3GP like the other? I have a 9800 and when you play video's that you save on your memory card, when you stop the video you have to start from the beginning of the file. Does the 9900 resume the video from where you stop or does it start from the beginning?

way better, the phone records video at up to 320x240, where the 9800 records at 176x144. plus the screen resolution is much better as well. making all recorded and saved videos look clean.

How about having to restart the video? If you get interupted in the middle of the video, on the 9800 you have to restart the file, is this problem fixed with the 9900?
