Problem with fron screen
My enV Orange front screen has gone black. It looks like it lights up but nothing appears on the screen. When I close the phone it doesn't turn on the front screen. It cuts on now and again, but just by chance. It was fine this morning but I noticed it started staying black for a long time when I would hit ok or something.
Anyone else having that problem? Is it a bug, or is it simply a broken phone?

take it bake to verizon they shld replace it at no charge. Just use bitpim to back up all your tones and stuff.

Ok.....I really hope so. I don't have any tones or anything. No pictures. Barely any contacts. Only had it 3 days.

Good job. Just as said before, bring it straight back to Verizon and tell them it's defective and they'll just giveyou another phone. Brign it into Tech Support and they should be more than happy to help hyou out wit this. Hopefully the next phone will be better cause the enV is a great phone to use!
