A few questions...

First off I have the 8525 and love it. Its great and haven't had any problems yet. I have unlimitied data plan and it has come in handy so far. Just miss my text messaging.
Onto the questions:
1. What kind of case to get? Where do you recommend getting a case?
2. What is the max size of microsd does this phone take? Where is a good place for memory?
3. Is there an easier way to stop the programs? instead going into system and then going to memory to stop all programs. Some sort of software or anything.
4. When will ptt be available for this phone? Isn't there a way to make that button useful now?

Thanks for any information you guys provide.

1. an 8125 case would work great if u could get ahold of one

2. the card is up to 2 gigs and the previous post about newegg.com
is a great recommendation... but u can go to compusa or best buy and get a late holiday deal right now for about the same price .

3 not too sure about this one but u would imagine there should be

4.PTT is available now but how many friends and family do u have on it that makes it worth getting the feature added to your account ?

3. there are many apps to use for this. If you dont want to buy an app then an easy way is to just hold down the ok button. The the memory screen will pop up and you can close whatever you like.
As for apps, there is handyswitcher, free and easy to use.
Oxious closeapps.
Vito button mapper.

Just to name a few.

Your tip on pressing and holding the OK button to go to the memory screen is a good one, except it doesn't work! At least not on my phone. Did you program it to do that by chance?

Thanks, I'll set up a shortcut to go to Memory, but if one is already there, obviously no need to set up a duplicate. 🙂

Hi face76, I also also asked about the case but it didn't get much traffic. ;)

The best looking one I've found so far is this one http://www.thepocketsolution.com/PSI-15715.ht ml (I like that it has a removable belt clip) but I am considering getting a man purse, errr, organizer.
