I am a newb please help
Ok... So I am officially a newb. So be easy on me.
Would some one be able to teach me to do the following things.
1) I would like to get rid of that annoying vibration and message after every text message is sent. Please dont tell me just to download an editor and what to put in it because I wont get it. What editor do I get and how do I get that information to my phone.
2) I would like to know how to change my ALARM and Text Message ring tone.
3) I would like to know if there is a way to change profiles or anything of that sort.
4) I would also like to know how to get pictures and things from my computer to my phone.

yeah dont u just hate when they do that.. but ok, u cant really change the vibrating thing on your phone unless u go into the registry and do it... there is some programs floating out there that will allow u to do it, but know that there is noting on the phone that will let u do it
to change the alrm and text message tone, u have to go into start then settings then sounds and notifications then once u in there click notifications and you shold be able to change whatever u want ot change inside of there
in terms of the pictures, u can use bluetooth to beam stuff to your computer of u can use active sync... make sure both are connected, and simply copy and paste from ur phone to your computer
for the profiles thing, i think u would h...

alright man thanks. i appreciate it. and last thing when i add people to my contacts lists. it no longer stays in order. is there anyway to fix that?

you must first copy sim contacts to phone...because it displays sim contacts then phone contacts. and then there is a reg hack to show phone contacts only but if you dont want to hack the phone then nevermind.

I would like to have my contacts in order. and i would like to be able to change my ringtones for text messages and all. so if you could help that would be great

1. to change ringtones, you just go start/settings/sounds and notifications/notifications tab then choose from even drop down menu.

just save it to desktop. then plug phone in to pc cable, and double click the phm reg edit(on pc) and follow directions on pc and phone.
once installed, go to start/programs and open phm.

ok you are probably going to call me a retarded... but i really couldnt get this program to work. after downloading the active sync version. there are a lot of versions and it said this one was the best.
i wasnt able to get the program running. it installs and all but there is no program... i dont know what it is...
