difference between "MEdianet" and "My ISP"

is there a difference in accessing the internet between these 2 methods?

isp has more bandwidth....there arent many differences in the two of them....isp is typically related with pda connect plans.

if i have the unlimited plan, can i freely access both without incurring extra charges?

also, it seems like some site dont work with medianet and does work with my isp and vice versa.. is this normal?

yes to both.....as for sites not working...if i remember correctly, it has something to do with jumping ip's so some secure sites wont let you browse at all and some wont let you with wap.cingular.....but it is normal.
