Data Cable Trouble

SANZEN

Hey everyone I just recently bought a 6133 from my T-mobile store and was given the data cable so I can use it for the Nokia PC Suite. Well I have downloaded the PC Suite and everytime I plug in the data cable I get a message on my phone saying," Enhancement Not Supported" Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything and even download the proper drivers for the cable and nothing works. Has this happened to anyone else and if so did you fix it and how. My T-Mobile rep swears that it works and that people always go back and say they don't work but he says they just don't know how to install everything correctly. PLEASE HELP!!! 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕

You have to have the wrong data cable.
I got one on ebay for 8.00 with shipping and I just got one for my buddy for 5.00. Go that route. It's not the PC suite software it's the data cable itself.
