DUN and National Access

Here's the scoop... I have had my a670 as a dial up modem 14.4 when I goto camp- for I can get a signal there- , uses only airtime (free nights/weekends) Apparently the DUN is disabled in the a930. You cannoth use this phone as a dial up modem if you are not registered/paying for National Access/Broadband. I found out that if you do unlock the setting (yet to try), and they happen to see it on their network using data minutes, you will be charged and its by the kb! I think I am going for it though because you have to have balls to charge someone for a 14.4 connection and theres a good chance to play stupid and beat the charge "oh im sorry I did it with my old phone and didnt have to pay etc" Will let you all know.

Use older Mobile office cd, do not upgrade, and have phone on cdma only. Works at 14.4 on QNC
