What Video clip file types can be played on the 900?

I keep reading in the user guide that I can have video clips in my mass storage but I don't know what kind of extension I need. Help me out if anyone knows. .mpg, wmv...???

If you do a search on these threads you will find the post I used... search for either IMTOO or video, etc.
